Patch: Mirta's outfit is never lost, and Rookgard quests in the Quests panel

A few fixes for the first steps in Gravhold.

Mirta's outfit

• After Mirta's wolves you choose your first outfit, Nomad or Pirate. If you pressed Later and then left Rookgard, it was lost: Rookgard cannot be visited again.
• Now the choice opens by itself when you log in, until you pick one, and you can open it any time from the Quests panel (Mirta's wolves, "Choose your outfit"). It works from anywhere.

Quests panel

• Mirta's cellar e Mirta's wolves now appear in the Quests panel like every other quest, with what to do, where to go and the reward.

Also

• The Priestess now says "level 8" with the number.
