Gravhold is a free 2D MMORPG that you play in your web browser. Everyone shares one persistent online world: you explore, hunt creatures, take on quests, trade, join a guild and fight other players.

Yes. Creating an account and playing are free. There is an optional Shop where Gravhold Points buy mounts, outfits and items, but you do not need it to play.

No. Gravhold runs in the browser you already have, on Windows, Mac, Linux or Chromebook. There is no client to install.

Yes. Open gravhold.com in your phone browser: the game has touch controls with an on-screen joystick.

Four: Knight, Archer, Mage and Rogue. Every character starts without one, and at level 8 the Priestess lets you choose your road.

Create a free account, make a character and press Play. You start on Rookgard, a small island with its own quests, and from there you sail to the mainland and the city of Semura.

Yes, Gravhold is open PvP. Cities and temples are protection zones; outside them, other players can attack you, and those who kill other players get a skull.

Yes. From level 50 you can found a guild for free, invite players and fight under its name.

Yes. Bram, the stable master in Semura, rents horses for gold, and you ride 40% faster. The Warhorse, the Ice Steed and the Nightmare can be bought in the Shop and are yours for good.

If you liked old-school MMORPGs such as Tibia, Gravhold will feel familiar: a top-down 2D world seen tile by tile, creatures to hunt, vocations, guilds and open PvP. It is its own game, and it runs in the browser.

Gravhold is in open beta: the world grows every week and players shape it. During the beta, the first 100 players to reach level 50 receive an exclusive cosmetic item.

The website is in English and Brazilian Portuguese. The game itself is in English.
